Sandra has an extensive history in
business, starting as a small retailer then moving to web dev & design.
Beginning with a small retail sublet, Sandra eventually grew the business into multiple
locations of varying types from traditional B&M Shopping Centers to Military Bases & Pop
Ups.
Drawing from past retail experience, she began consulting small businesses while implementing

Todd Hogan has worked in media marketing in
sales in Austin for over a decade and has been a lifelong, active supporter of the nonprofit
community. Todd has been an executive for top media companies including Clear Channel
Communications, Infinity Broadcasting, Border Media, and Univision where he has a track record
of success in creating unique, results-oriented marketing solutions for multiple radio brands
and their clients. He combined his knowledge of general market media with his passion for
Intercultural communication to become a leader in the vibrant Hispanic and multicultural
markeing media markets.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and Communications Committee for Con Mi MADRE,
he is also the Chair of the Marketing Committee for Greater Austin Chamber's Education
Leadership Council.
Todd began his career managing and marketing several small businesses in the Twin Cities
metropolitan are in Minnesota. He obatined a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Saint
Cloud Sate Univerisity where he specialized in radio broadcast, speech, Intercultural
Communications and Human Relations.
Mo is a senior web developer with more then
14 years experience.
He started as a freelancer in 2005 by creating few websites for friends. His passion for
technology soon took over and he become a professional, learning and implimenting new code and
ideas.
Mo worked as a freelancer for few years building a solid reputation in business, he has
experience with multiple platforms and is a problem solver.

It’s complicated for me to call
myself an artist because I believe that I am not. I like to call myself as a creative. I
don’t just live for the visual representation of what art has to offer, I live for the
thrill of creativity that art has connected to it.
I live to see the development of the mind through creative expression. Creativity is found
everywhere, which is where I want to be at all times.
Melonie has worked on special events for
over 10 years. She has assisted with a variety of productions and events ranging from Movie
Screenings in Los Angeles to Charity Events benefiting Dress for Success and LIVESTRONG.
In addition to working special events, Melonie is extremely organized and punctual. She often
keeps the "A Team" on schedule and we rely on her tremendously.
Tyler has a background in management as
well as service industry & customer care. He assists with onsite client experience as well as
staff organization, scheduling and team assignments.
Handy & reliable we can count on Tyler when he is on the schedule, and sometimes even when he
isn't. A Team Player for sure, we value his input and work ethic.
Mallory started off working frontline B2C
almost 10 years ago with an SHC client.
We were impressed after a few projects and wanted to work with her on a larger scale.

Grant Kyle, an Austin, Texas native, grew
